I never knew gingerbread could be like this! Seriously, though, as a LONGTIME lover of Jennifer's gingerbread, in "house" or "man" form, it is truly the best I've ever had. The houses are beautifully made and, if left intact (a rarity at my house!), will last for years as a Christmas centerpiece. We've just ordered a replacement one for our table, since after 10 years or so the old one has finally been "retired". Of course, we'll also have to order plenty of gingerbread men and a couple more "sacrificial" houses to ensure that the new one gets a fighting chance! Jenn's gingerbread goodies and a glass of cold milk have become a holiday staple looked forward to almost as greedily by my kids (and myself!) as the presents themselves. Jenn did a wonderful job on our groom's cake. My husband really loved key lime pies, so he was considering having those as his groom's cake instead of a cake. He mentioned that to Jenn on the phone before our first meeting. She invented a lime filling for him! How's that for service?! It was amazing! Of course he used that filling with a cream cheese icing. She custom-made a special paintball-themed cake just for him, complete with little green army guys shooting each other on a camo colored cake. It was so awesome. Jenn really wanted our business because after an entire day of visiting bakeries, she was the only one that offered samples and had a lot of pictures of her previous cakes. Jenn really has a special talent and is such a sweet person! The bride’s cake was amazing! It was delicious and gorgeous. All the buttercream cakes we had seen had bubbles all over them. We considered using fondant because we like the smooth look, but it tastes really gross. This cake's buttercream was so smooth! I didn't know what type of cake I wanted, so Jenn and I talked through it and looked at tons of pictures. She combined elements of several cakes into my perfect dream wedding cake! We spent an entire day visiting bakeries, but Jenn was the only baker that gave us samples, and she had the most pictures of things she could do with just a little sugar and flour. I'm so glad we found her and our wedding was perfect. This was a large cake and we had fewer guests than we expected, but there was none leftover! By Kim Baker

Our wedding cake was an exact mirror image of the picture I had shown her (an antique looking cake with "icing bows" and real fresh flowers).
