Welcome to my internet bakery! I have been a professional cake decorator since the early 80's. It is one of my favorite talents! I hope you will enjoy my cakes as much as I enjoy creating them.

My love of cake decorating began in 1977 when I went to visit my grandparents' bakery in Brandon, Florida. They turned me loose on a bucket of cookie dough, and I went to work. I made a huge box full of decorated cookies and proudly shared them with all of my cousins. My mother often made cakes at home for friends and family. I was always under her feet trying to see what she was doing and to "help."

When I was eleven, my parents told me they were going to open a bakery. Boy, was I excited! I couldn't wait to help and to earn money. I spent all of my weekends and holidays folding boxes, helping customers, and learning to decorate. It was great fun working with my family!

After college, I returned with my husband to join in the family business. It was then that I got serious about making cakes. I took over most of the decorating and learned to do all kinds of new things. Five years later, we sold the bakery in order to try something different.

Now, after many years and two babies, I'm ready to get back to the work I love best...cakes! I'll enjoy sharing my knowledge with my sons and continuing the family business in a fourth generation.
